Free family fun at the Festival of Art & Creativity

artsPlace is excited to bring back their Festival of Art & Creativity, with nine days of free family fun September 16th - 24th. I spoke with Nicole Fougere from artsPlace about many of the fantastic workshops, performances, and events taking place at our local arts centre.
