Former Canmore student James Teej nominated for a Grammy Award

Did you hear that a former Canmore high school student has been nominated for a Grammy Award?  James Teej, also known around here as T.J. or by his real name Thomas Mathers, has come a long way since his days DJing at Zona’s and The Drake.  His remix with German producer Timo Maas of the Wings song Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five caught the attention of a lot of important people including Sir Paul McCartney himself who loved the track!   You can read more about this great story here and listen to the track, nominated for Best Remixed Recording, here:
