Fake News

A lot of people get their news from social media.

Recently Facebook and Google are under fire, because some believe the fake or misleading news circulating online may have effected the outcome, of the 2016 election. Both have since taken action against ‘fake news’.

I’ve seen some fake/misleading news articles, which I thought to be true, especially during the 2016 election campaigns.

You will be seeing less of this, but it’s always good to fact check, (because you and I know that doesn’t always happen online). Here is a good site for that: http://www.snopes.com/
