Variable Speed Limit Signs

During the summer months our roads are great, but in a few short weeks (maybe days) our roads will be among the most dangerous in Canada.

Driving in the mountains can be risky business and In some conditions I don’t think our speed limits are safe for travel. I think these signs would be a great addition to the Bow Valley! They can adjust the speed limit in accordance with road conditions to make our roads safer. They could be adjusted during high traffic times, overnight, and during weather events.

Which local roads would you like to see these on? How would you set the speeds?
