Make In Tonight is being billed as “the first make-in virtual cooking experience that supports local community”.  This brand-new online cooking show launches this Friday at 6 PM, with Chef Graham from the Malcolm Hotel in Canmore teaching participants how to make a delicious Chicken Cacciatore in their own kitchen.

I spoke with show founders and hosts Sunshine Chen and Stephanie O’Brien about the concept and how this will be different than any other cooking show out there.
