Water flowing again in Cascades of Time Garden

It’s taken 14 years but water is once again flowing in all pools of the Cascades of Time Garden at Banff’s Parks Canada Admin Grounds.

I spoke with Banff Field Unit Cultural Resource Management Advisor Steve Malins about why the taps were turned off in 2004 and why people should visit the beautiful Admin Grounds this summer.
