It shouldn’t come as a major surprise that Rogue One has taken the top spot at the North American box office, taking in $155 million.  It’s the second biggest December movie opening ever, just behind last year’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

It’s not just the movies themselves that rake in the money.  When Disney took over the Star Wars franchise a few years ago they ramped up their already robust merchandising department.  It dawned on me, as I was recycling a box that once contained Star Wars Tupperware sandwich containers, that we see Star Wars labels on pretty much every kind of product you could think of.  It’s the gift that keeps on giving for Disney – a license to print money!

I’ve shared a few pictures I’ve taken and that I’ve been able to find online of some of the most odd Star Wars branded stuff out there in the above gallery.  There’s also a good list here.

May The Force be with you!
