Matthew Barber and Jill Barber

Brother and sister Matthew Barber and Jill Barber have each carved out their own place in the Canadian music landscape separately as solo artists. No strangers to the Bow Valley, Matthew and Jill have come together for the first time to record The Family Album and tour with a stop at The Banff Centre’s Eric Harvie Theatre Sunday night.

Jill Barber was candid speaking with me about how wonderful this opportunity to work with her brother has been, why it was the right time in both of their careers to do this, and why Banff will always have a special place in her heart and her music.
