Burger Showdown - Georgetown Inn's Triple Crown Chicken Burger

After just one bite it was immediately obvious why The Georgetown Inn’s Triple Crown Chicken Burger has become one of their most popular menu items.

The first thing that I noticed when this burger was set down in front of me was the generous serving of Gouda cheese on top. It tastes just as good as it looks! The second thing I noticed was how generously sized the burger was in general!

Mmmmmm…

Everything about this burger was great, from the fresh ingredients to the special Miner’s Mayo. But the real star here is the apple chutney which gives the Triple Crown Chicken Burger its distinct and welcome flavour.

Georgetown F&B Manager Jason Hannigan says they’re becoming known for more than just their award winning Fish and Chips and also discussed the hiking challenge from which this burger gets its name.
