WildSmart Stories: Wildlife Encounters

Bow Valley WildSmart is doing something a little different for their next Speaker Series presentation on Monday.

Instead of one expert speaking on one subject, this presentation will see wildlife professionals as well as backcountry volunteers speaking about their own experiences encountering wildlife.  Tyler McClure from WildSmart says he’ll be sharing the story of his first cougar encounter.

The event goes Monday at 7 PM at the Canmore Collegiate High School Theatre.  Admission is free but donations to allow WildSmart to host more Speaker Series events are appreciated.
