The Canmore Eagles are riding a six game winning streak into a pair of home games with North Division opponents this weekend, with the Drayton Valley Thunder visiting tonight and the Sherwood Park Crusaders here tomorrow.

Eagles Assistant Coach/GM Jeremy Reich spoke with me about Logan Ferguson who recently received the Eagles’ fourth weekly league player honour this season, why the team’s success is about more than just the headline-grabbing top line, and adjusting their game to accommodate the physical play of opponents from the North.
