Bow Valley PCN Courses for New Moms

The Bow Valley Primary Care Network will be hosting a few courses and sessions for new moms and moms-to-be in Canmore over the next few weeks.

Kiley Torti joined me to talk about the Breastfeeding Support Group which meets again this Tuesday, Thursday’s Nutrition and Exercise for New Moms course, and next month’s Birth & Beyond workshop.
